Isaac has been working at Berea full-time since 2006. Prior to that, he spent 5 summers on staff as the archery instructor, full-time counselor, and program team member. His favorite job is hiring, training, and mentoring Berea’s summer long counselors. Isaac has degrees in Early Childhood Education and Psychology from Gordon College. When not at work, Isaac loves spending time with his wife, Deborah, and daughter, Amariah. He also works as a youth minister at a local church.
