We need YOU to volunteer!
- There are lots of ways that you can contribute to Camp Berea's ministry!
WHO we need:
Skilled Workers
Do you have a professional skill such as painting, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, etc.? Come and help us with our bigger projects around camp! We are always in need of skilled servants like you.
Summer Staff Volunteers
- Want to counsel in a cabin but can't come for the whole summer? Come up for a week or two during our SUMMER SESSIONS as a VOLUNTEER COUNSELOR (18 and older).
- If you are under 18 or want to help in other departments, you can help out on summer staff in the KITCHEN or with the FACILITIES CREW
- Have medical training? We're always looking for VOLUNTEER NURSING STAFF (RN, LPN or MD)
Year-Round Volunteers
- Are you interested in having your GROUP VOLUNTEER? Bring your youth group, Bible study, or group of people from your church or school and stay for free when you come for a service weekend!
- Come during a BEREA RETREAT and help make the program happen! We'll place you in the kitchen or office or with the maintenance or program crews based on our need and your skills and interests.
HOW to volunteer:1. Give our office a call and talk to our volunteer coordinator. 2. Talk over the above options to find out what works best for you. 3. For Berea Retreat or Summer Staff Volunteers: download and fill out our STAFF APPLICATION & go through a simple interview process. 4. Work out a date and the details of your volunteer time
